mahek's story

in early 2024, i opened a small business called made for gaza, creating crochet and knit trinkets in support of palestine. what began as a small way to raise money for people in need, quickly grew into something much bigger.

today, that project has grown into my own small business mahek’s corner; a shop that sells handmade goods and sewn pieces that do good. i love creating, and i hope you love my creations.

as i look toward 2026, i hope to continue bringing cute pieces from my sewing machine to your front door, while still using this space to support communities around the world.

can i order something custom? of course! send a message through the chat on the bottom right corner of the site for any inquiries you have or DM me on instagram!

where do you donate/how much? each products donates 10%! so far, we have donated a total of $380.78. we donate to the Islamic Relief USA organization.

is everything handmade? yes! everything is handmade in small batches by the owner, mahek lakhani. whether crocheted, knitted, or sewn!

do you ship internationally? not yet! for now, we only ship within the U.S., but we’re hoping to expand soon :)

return policy

because all items at mahek’s corner are handmade and made in small batches or made to order, all sales are final.

custom orders are also final sale, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold or returned.

if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and i’ll do my best to make it right.

refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
shipping costs are non-refundable.
